Cucumber Cups


Cucumber Cups

Ingredients: 
2 cucumbers
1 tub of garlic and herbs rondele cheese spread

Directions:

Slice cucumbers into 1 inch thick slices. Scoop out seeds in the center using a melon baller but not all the way through to the other side so it forms a little cup. I put the cheese in an icing bag and pipe it into the cups. Can be served with crumbled bacon on top too.

Variations: Add a tomato, bacon, dill, make your own dip, top with shredded carrots, crab dip, egg salad, feta cheese and olives,
